Page WidthThis sets the wideness of the whole page.:

Page HeightThis sets the tallness of the whole page.:

Header SizeThis sets the size of the header bar at the top of the page.:

Footer SizeThis sets the size of the footer bar at the bottom of the page.:

Margin SizeThis sets the amount of space that borders the entire page.:

Gutter SizeThis sets the amount of space in between each frame, as well as the space in between frames and headers or footers.:

Spine SizeThis sets the amount of extra space on either the left or right side of the page to account for a book with a thicker spine.:

Frames Per RowThis sets the number of rows and the number of frames in each row. Any old list of numbers separated by commas will do.:

Resolution (DPI)This sets the resolution of the preview image. It works well to set everything up in 72dpi, then bump the resolution up to 300 when you're ready to save the image.:

To save a page layout, right-click on the preview image, then click "Save Image As..."

Some useful numbers:

Live space widthThis includes the gutter space between frames, but not the margins on either side.: " Live space heightThis includes the gutter space between frames, but not the margins, and not the header or footer (and not either of their gutters).: "
